About Us
Automated Financial Systems, LLC, (AFS) was incorporated in New York with its first full year of operation in 1994.
The founders, migrating from management positions in other medical receivable processing firms, developed services
and products specifically designed for the processing of medical accounts receivable. With their expertise and
knowledge of the health-care field, combined with a strong data processing background specializing in financial data
management, they created a highly specialized team to serve this market.
AFS' principals have researched, developed and implemented a vertical service
organization that provides financial, technical and consulting services to the health-care industry. As of July 1st, 2006
AFS provides these services for eleven hospitals as well as several clinics and faculty practices in the New York
metropolitan area. This translates to placements in excess of sixteen million dollars per month.
